Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from the USA. However there are some countries we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer domestic and international shipping with tracking on all orders. The costs within the US are $3.95 via USPS First Class. The cost for international shipping varies depending on the country you wish to ship it to.
What are your shipping times?
These are our estimated shipping times (excluding 1–3 day processing time)
* USA & Canada: 2 - 5 days
* Other countries: 8 – 15 days
What are the processing times?
Orders can take 1 to 3 days to process after an order has been placed. After these 1 to 3 days the order is ready to be shipped out.
What about delivery?
Packages are all shipped from our US warehouse and shipped through USPS.
What about customs?
Whenever a product is shipped across the border, your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the average delivery time estimates. At the same time, your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes assessment. However, this custom clearance procedure does not happen to every single package and is done randomly by the border control. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more products may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive to your country. In the case a product is being charged with import tax or custom fee, the amount will be based on the product's declared value.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
What if my tracking number is not available?
It can sometimes take up to 2 days for your tracking number to be generated as it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated. If you still haven't received a tracking number after this time or if the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us so we can solve it.

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control.
